By accessing and using the services of Nalitabari Car Rent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer" or "Renter") and Nalitabari Car Rent (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To rent a vehicle from Nalitabari Car Rent, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driving license issued at least 1 year prior
• Provide a valid National ID Card or Passport
• Provide accurate contact information
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during rental

Additional requirements may apply for specific vehicle categories or for drivers under 25 years of age.

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our office. A booking is confirmed only after:

• Receipt of required documents
• Payment of the booking deposit
• Written or electronic confirmation from our team

We reserve the right to refuse any booking without stating reasons. Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at the time of pickup.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, Credit/Debit Cards

Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pickup. This will be refunded within 7 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.

Additional Charges: You may be liable for additional charges including:

• Late return fees
• Traffic violations or fines incurred during rental
• Damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear
• Missing items or accessories
• Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or odors

Rental Day: A rental day is calculated as a 24-hour period from the pickup time. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed.

Prohibited Uses: The vehicle must not be used for:

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Racing or speed testing
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Subletting or unauthorized drivers
• Travel outside agreed areas without permission

Vehicle Condition: You must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level, and with all accessories intact.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Insurance Coverage: Basic third-party liability insurance is included in all rentals. Comprehensive coverage is available for an additional fee.

Your Liability: You are responsible for:

• Any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance
• Insurance excess/deductible amounts
• Damage caused by negligence or misuse
• Theft of the vehicle or its contents
• Loss of keys or documents

Accidents: In case of an accident, you must immediately notify us and the police. Do not admit fault or sign any documents without our consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
